Refund and Returns Policy

PURCHASE & RETURNS:
All Sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges are available for any sales except in following conditions.

Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
Damaged Product
Manufacturing Defect
Incomplete Product
Incorrect Product

If the product is damaged or defective, incorrect or incomplete please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible to exchange the product for one that is complete and not damaged or defective. No exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours from when the product has been delivered to the address mentioned when the purchase was made.

In order to qualify for an exchange the buyer must send us at least 2 images of the product in question. At least one image must show the damage or the defect and one image must show the entire product. If the entire product can not be seen while showing the damage or the defect, additional pictures are required to show both the full product and any damage or defect.

In order to initiate an exchange, buyers must email at Sales@lalcointeriors.com with the images attached and a description of the reason for the exchange within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
Images must be less than 3 MB and no more than 5 images should be included in one email. If additional photos are needed, buyers should send additional emails.

In any of the 4 specified cases above, we will exchange the product for one that is correct, complete and has no Defect and no Damage. If we can not exchange the product for one that has no Damage and no Manufacturing Defect, the buyer will be eligible for store credit or a full refund at the buyer’s option. In the event one of the 4 specified cases occurs, we offer hassle-free returns through courier pickup or you can also request a replacement at any of our stores. You do not have to bear any courier or shipping charges for returns.Refunds are ONLY available if we can not exchange the item.

In order to process any exchanges or refunds, any and all products must be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, etc.

If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse to accept the delivery and call our Customer Care at +91 20 2636 0044 or e-mail us at Sales@lalcointeriors.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that an exchange/replacement is done at the earliest.

If any product is used, it can not be exchanged under any circumstance. Only unused products are eligible for an exchange in the 4 specified cases above.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit. The buyer will be liable for any further damage to the products that are not mentioned in the exchange/refund request.

The returned products are subject to verification and checks by the company, in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
If a refund is required and a product returned is duly accepted by the company, the value of such product, as originally paid by you will be refunded to you.
Any refunds can only be processed to the name of the original buyer by bank transfer (NEFT or RTGS).
If the complaint on a product is frivolous or baseless, the company reserves the right to take legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by the company, in this regard.

Refund/Replacement:
Any refund/replacement against a return request made to Lalco Interiors customer support and collected by courier shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition along with the original invoice.
After the merchandise is received and verified by Lalco Interiors we shall process a refund/replacement 2 weeks receipt of the merchandise. For remote locations or Tier 2/Tier 3 cities we may take additional time to process replacement requests.

Refunds to the Cardholder’s credit card/debit card will only be credited back to his/her account which was used.
In case of COD order, refund will be issued through cheque payment mode. Customer needs to send details that are required for cheque draft. COD refund is a manual process hence it takes a minimum of 7-8 days to process cheque request.

A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or the company.

Warranties:
Unless specified in the description of the product, Lalco Interiors products do not carry any warranty.
Only products manufactured by Lalco Interiors are eligible for Lalco Interiors Warranty
Products are only eligible for Lalco Interiors Warranty if specified in the products description on www.lalcointeriors.com.

Lalco Interiors limited warranty provides coverage for 1 year do due a manufacturing defect.
This limited warranty does not apply to:

    Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process
    Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product
    Cracks during the random displacement
    Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood
    With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.
    As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is not a warranty.
    There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.

Delivery:
Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free installation process.
In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation.

Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)
Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries.

Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 7 days, after this timeline, Lalco Interiors shall be free to charge for holding the products.

Delivery Policy:
Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of Lalco Interiors, before you proceed to pay for your purchase. If your order is not serviceable by delivery partners or the vendor or the area is not covered, we will request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on the delivery partner’s/vendor’s delivery list. If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Lalco Interiors, the company will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. The company doesn’t deliver items internationally. However, you can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but at the same time ensure the shipping address is within India.

In case you book multiple orders for the products and services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction these will only be delivered to a single delivery address.

Shipping charges will be extra out of our serviceable area & octroi charges will be at actual.
The Company will deliver your purchased furniture at your doorstep, normally within 15-20 working days from the date of placing the purchase order on the website. If your premises are located within a gated and/or high rise complex, then you agree to make available adequate arrangements for smooth carriage by the carrier from such a main gate of the complex to your doorstep irrespective of the floor of your premises. You agree to ensure that access is suitable for the delivery of the furniture to your desired location. The company, will not accept cancellation by you at the time of delivery on the ground that access to your desired location is not possible (e.g. Doorway too small, insufficient space to maneuver the furniture through the premises, road inaccessible to delivery van, etc.), subject to your general right of cancellation under the cancellation clause. Before ordering, you are under an obligation to ensure that there is adequate room to take your purchased furniture through any doorways and windows of your premises, taking note of any restricted passageways, stairs and awkward turns.

The company will make every effort to carry out deliveries on the given date. The delivery date given to you is an estimate given in good faith. If, the company finds subsequently that the estimate is inaccurate, the company will endeavor to inform you using the registered contact numbers and/or email address from your registered data as available with the company.

If your purchased furniture remains at in the company’s warehouse for more than one week during which time you fail to accept delivery/re-delivery (despite the company personnel, having contacted you to do so), the company, reserves the right to cancel your order and retain up to Return Policy for Products
